The Hammers have announced their end of season awards and these were the following:

Managers Player of the Year – Steve Llewellyn

Players Player of the Year – Richard Jackson

Supporters Player of the Year – Richard Jackson

The Committees Player of the Season – Greg Horlock

Reserve Team Managers Player of the Season – Lee Madgewick
